METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept VISA and MasterCard. If you prefer to pay by check (for your fax or mail order only), your order will be processed once your check has been received and has cleared our bank. We do not send shipments C.O.D.at this time.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS. The estimated time for delivery on most items is 7 to 10 business days. We also offer different levels of service from both Fedex and UPS additional charge. Please see item description to determine how long after you place your order that the product is shipped out. Most products ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Currently, furnitureliving.com only ships to addresses within the United States.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you will need to Email returns@furnitureliving.com to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender.
We are happy to give a store credit or credit the purchaser's credit card for the merchandise received within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. We are not able to accept return requests after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. Returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a 50% fee in order to cover the shipping and handling charges.
SALES TAX
State Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within the state of Georgia. There is no sales tax on orders delivered outside of the State of Georgia.
